These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website services provided by SiteDrop Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

We provide professional website creation and hosting services for local service businesses. Our service includes the design, development, deployment, and ongoing hosting of a website tailored to your business using publicly available information from your Google Business Profile and other public sources.

2. Subscription & Billing

Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. You will be billed on the same date each month via Stripe. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective immediately. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken down within 24 hours. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Custom Domains

If we register a custom domain on your behalf, the domain is registered in our name for administrative purposes. Upon request, we will transfer the domain to you at no additional charge. Domain transfers may take 5-7 business days. If your subscription lapses, we reserve the right to maintain the domain registration.

5. Content

Website content is generated from publicly available business information, including your Google Business Profile, public reviews, and business listings. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information. We make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy but do not guarantee it.

6. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to website traffic, search engine rankings, lead generation, or revenue increases. Website performance depends on many factors outside our control.

7. Use of Data

We reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated data from our services for marketing, analytics, and service improvement purposes. No personally identifiable information will be shared without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteDrop Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
