Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2, 2026
SiteDrop Pro ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information in connection with our website services.
1. Information We Collect
Business Information
We collect business information from publicly available sources, including Google Business Profiles, to create websites for our clients. This includes business name, address, phone number, hours of operation, services offered, and customer reviews.
Form Submissions
When visitors submit contact forms on websites we host (Premium plan), we collect the information provided: name, email address, phone number, service needed, and any message. This information is stored to deliver leads to the business owner.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or financial account information on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.
2. How We Use Information
- To create, deploy, and maintain websites for our business clients
- To deliver lead notifications (form submissions) to business owners via SMS and email
- To generate monthly performance reports for our clients
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To improve our services and develop new features
3. Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to track website traffic. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. Analytics data is used in aggregate to provide performance reports to our clients.
4. SMS & Email Notifications
Premium plan clients receive SMS and email notifications when form submissions are received on their website. These notifications are a core part of the service and are sent to the business owner's phone number and email on file. Notification preferences are managed through the subscription.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our services (Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting). Each provider maintains their own privacy practices.
6. Data Retention
Form submissions are stored while the client's account is active and for 30 days after cancellation. Business information sourced from public profiles may be retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify clients of material changes via email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
